Imperial Imaging Technology is a growing leader in the Southeastern US for diagnostic imaging equipment sales and service to end users that range from large hospital systems to small private practices, veterinarians, and chiropractors.

Position Overview
As an Accounting Admin with Imperial Imaging, you will be responsible for various administrative duties: accounts receivable aging, invoicing, and expense management. This role will provide accounting, clerical and administrative support to the company.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Accounts Receivable Aging
      • Manage the accounts receivable aging report
      • Follow up with customers to collect payment
      • Resolve past due issues
      • Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
    • Accounts Payable
      • Maintain accurate accounts payable files
      • Match vendor invoices with purchase orders, etc.
      • Submit invoices to QBO
      • Apply vendor invoices to accurate service tickets
    • Invoice
      • Create invoices for service tickets
      • Review invoices for accuracy
      • Verify proper tax has been applied to invoices 
      • Submit invoices to customers
    • Expenses
      • Compare expenses to receipts and statements to ensure accuracy
      • Confirm that expense items are properly categorized
      • Research and resolve problems and deficiencies in a timely manner
      • Resolve issues directly with team members related to errors and missing expenses
    • Service coordination help when needed
    • Maintain and upkeep of office and restrooms
  • Answer phones and direct to the appropriate contact
  • Create service tickets
  • Clerical duties: create labels for shipping, mail invoices, laminate, create labels, etc.

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • QuickBooks Online experience
  • Bookkeeping experience in a service field is preferred
  • Experience utilizing CRM’s (preferably ConnectWise)
  • Familiar with multi-state tax regulations and compliance
