I am thankful Imperial took a marketing chance by calling on our practice on "a cold call" several years ago. It was a natural transition of business from there. Everyone that we have encountered at Imperial has taken the time to get to know and understand the imaging needs of our practice and put that knowledge to work. Whether routine or urgent, day or night, Natasha goes above and beyond to help resolve any issue if/when it arises. She is a trained RT and can give advice regarding equipment based on her experience in ortho and radiology, which is a huge plus in this field! Their service goes beyond radiology!
