We are excited to announce that Imperial has recently acquired Noritsu Medical Imaging from Noritsu America Corporation.
In 2019, Noritsu Medical Imaging, a division of Noritsu America Corporation, originally acquired R&F Imaging, Inc. (RFI) which was started in 1984 by Rex Fortenberry. Today, Noritsu Medical Imaging offers complete solutions to clients. From room design to continual equipment service, their customers rely on them for every aspect of their radiological needs. This acquisition will allow Imperial to continue expanding their capabilities in Georgia. We are excited about the future and potential of this new chapter for the business.
What Is Changing
“This deal strengthens our ability to provide a world-class customer experience by adding highly skilled engineers and sales consultants who share the same core values that we do,” according to Founder and President of Imperial Imaging, Aaron Pressley. “Our newly acquired customers will find that we are intentional in providing dynamic equipment and service solutions to meet the demands they face on a daily basis,” continues Aaron. Imperial’s existing clients and newly acquired clients will see a stronger team, with more depth, to continue raising the industry bar on how an independent imaging company should operate.
Acquiring Noritsu Medical Imaging, a highly regarded sales and service organization in Georgia, brings two companies together that share the same commitment to providing clients with exceptional customer service.
