Imperial Imaging is Expanding – Now Serving NW Alabama

|

WW X-Ray is a great acquisition for Imperial because both businesses believe that service is our #1 priority. Their excellent team will stay on board to continue serving customers with the same dedicated high quality they have given their clients since 1983.

Aaron Pressley,
Founder & President of Imperial Imaging

We’re excited to share that Imperial has recently acquired Alabama-based WW X-Ray.

Founded in 1983 by Dale Wood, WW X-Ray has built strong relationships with clients throughout NW Alabama and nearby Tennessee and Mississippi. We plan to continue these partnerships–plus give our new customers all new choices in Advanced Imaging technology.

What Changes

“WW X-Ray will change in a few ways,” states Pressley. “We will introduce advanced imaging technology products and services that give existing customers a more convenient, one-stop resource for all of their x-ray, MRI, CT and ultrasound equipment.”

What Stays the Same

Pressley asserts that all the great things WW X-Ray customers liked will stay the same. “They can count on us doing business from the same Florence, Alabama location. They will continue their strong, trusting relationships Kevin and Gil Wood – and their team.”

Gil and Kevin Wood will remain in their positions for four years. They are excited about the acquisition.

“The thing I’m most excited about is new products and support,” states Gil Wood. “This additional support and expanded advanced imaging product line helps us support our customers.”

Gil Wood adds, “In talking with Aaron over the past few months, I have noticed his motivation is in providing excellence, to make sure customers are happy.  That has always been our philosophy. My dad  [WW X-Ray founder Dale Wood] put service first, too.”

As Imperial grows, all customers in all the markets we serve will benefit from continuous value that includes:

  • More access to best-in-class equipment
  • Expanded training and support
  • Personalized business solutions
  • Responsive customer service
  • Competitive pricing

“We’re just excited to help carry on the legacy,” states Pressley. “There are too many acquisitions that are based solely on profit. We want partners that have great reputations and keep them as whole companies.”
