Position Summary
Imperial Imaging is currently seeking an Service Dispatcher to assist the service department and other departments as needed with Imperial Imaging.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct to the appropriate contact
- Monitor Service email inbox
- Create service tickets and assign/dispatch to appropriate engineer for that territory
- Assist with scheduling Preventative Maintenance calls
- Help with ordering parts for x-ray equipment
- Createย and sendย Purchase Orders to vendors as needed
- Assist Service Coordinator and Director with various tasks as needed
- Clerical duties: create labels for shipping, laminate, scan documents, etc.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Invoice
- Create invoices for service tickets
- Review invoices for accuracy
- Office Supplies
- Review and maintain inventory
- Place supply orders
- Relay changes of information to appropriate team members
- Champion core values with project/installation team
- Service coordination help when needed
- Maintain and upkeep of office
Education/Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree a plus
- 2+ years similar experience
Skills and Experience
- Clear, concise, and honest communication
- Highly accurate and detail oriented
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent organization and time management
